Connolly Ranch Spring Programs

Registration is open for the Connolly Ranch Education Center spring programs from April 5 to June 11.

They continue to supplement the virtual learning and in-person learning required for elementary students through half-day programs for K-6 students and have structured the spring programming to meet local, state and national health and safety guidelines related to COVID. -19.

To support social distancing, their program consists of a single 10-week session with children required to participate in the full session in morning or afternoon groups. The morning session is from 7.45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and the afternoon session is from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

It is organized in cohorts with an educator / child ratio of 1: 6 (Earthlings program) of 1: 8 (Explorer programs and outdoor schools). A primary educator, and in some cases support staff, is assigned to a group and accompanies them throughout the session. English-Spanish bilingual cohorts are available.

All staff and children are required to wear face masks at all times. Comprehensive health and safety protocols are described in their policy manual.

Connolly Ranch programs are designed according to the seasons. In spring, they operate rain or shine. In the spring, the kids at Connolly Ranch explore the outdoors and spend time in our COVID-secured tents and barns. They will come home happy, tired and often muddy. Warm, layered clothing and rain gear are required.
