Serving Coral Springs and Tamarac since 2018, Sarpino’s is popular with locals for its free delivery and extensive menu of pizzas, calzones and sandwiches.
Owner Vasili Bykau said locals particularly love the Classico Italiano pizza with pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, sautéed onions, mushrooms and peppers.
“Our customers also appreciate that we have gluten-free dough and many vegan options, including pepperoni and nuggets and all-vegan pizza,” he added.
Bykau said the store was thrilled to introduce the classic Chicago deep-dish pizza.
“We’ve only been serving it for a few weeks, and I hope regulars and new customers will try it. It’s absolutely delicious,” he said.
“We love doing business in Coral Springs; it’s a great city. We have a great relationship with the local chamber of commerce and work closely with schools and sports teams in town,” said Bykau, adding that Sarpino’s is always happy to support community events.
Established in 2001 in Victoria, Canada, Sarpino’s US headquarters are in Chicago. There are 53 locations in seven states and over 250 worldwide. Bykau operates three stores in South Florida, including Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale and Miramar.
Sarpino’s prides itself on creating gourmet pizzas and other Italian-inspired dishes using fresh ingredients, homemade sauce made daily, and hand-kneaded dough that rises three times to ensure a delicate crispy crust. With over 83 toppings to choose from, they aim to appeal to different palates.
La Pizzeria not only offers free delivery but has no minimum order and is open 365 days, from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. on weekdays and 4 a.m. on weekends.
